Prepainted Cold Rolled Steel Sheets have the smooth and beautiful appearances, good surface quality, high dimensional accuracy, and have the processing properties of cold-rolled steel sheets, excellent mechanical properties and process performances, also their prices are relatively cheap. But the corrosion resistance of these products is poor, and any fine scratches on the coating surface will make the cold-rolled substrates exposed to the air, so the red iron will be quickly formed on the exposed iron. Therefore, such Colored Steel products can only be used for temporary isolation measures, indoor materials, and occasions that are not directly in contact with the atmosphere. They are mainly used as interior decoration panels, furniture plates, electrical equipment, temporary partitions, and general hardware products, etc.

Prepainted Electro Galvanized Steels
Prepainted Electro Galvanized Steels are produced by using electro galvanized steel sheets or their alloy sheets (such as Zn-Ni, Zn-Fe, Zn-Mn alloy, etc.) as substrates, coating organic paintings and processing and output the Color Coated Steels.
The electro galvanized steel sheets substrates, without change of the mechanical properties of the cold-rolled original plates, have excellent performances of processing formability, weldability and paintability, and the surface quality are beautiful and nice. While the zinc layers of the electro galvanized sheets are generally thin, so these kind of products are mainly used in occasions where corrosion resistance is weak. The radiation protection, oxidation resistance, and heat dissipation of PPEG are not as good as GI, the price and cost are higher, and their output are also less in the market.
Therefore, PPEG products are not suitable for outdoor products such as walls, roofs, doors, etc. But due to their beautiful appearances and excellent processing properties, PPEG are mainly used in home appliances, audios, steel furniture, interior decorations, electrical instrumentations, also are widely used in automotive, aerospace and other fields.

Prepainted Aluminum Sheet
Prepainted Aluminum Sheet is a kind of Color Coated Sheets which made by using Aluminum Sheet as substrate (mainly 1060, 1100, 3003, 3004, 5052 series material). The Color Aluminum Sheet combines the advantages of aluminum plate and organic material coatings.
